Due to ongoing and flagrant abuse of the contact addresses for this site, we are withdrawing publication of the Chief Editor's address and replacing it with this contact page. The abuses have taken a number of different forms:

direct spam;
indirect spam, in the form of people typing the contact address into other web forms;
treating the contact address as a spam-reporting service (it's not);
and just plain way too many repeated questions, many of which are already answered on the site.

So, now before you can write you need to look at all of the common reasons for writing to us and select an applicable one.
